Intellectual property
On full payment, clients own the deliverables produced for them — code, designs, and content — unless the agreement states otherwise. Third-party licences (fonts, plugins, stock assets) remain subject to their own terms.
Liability
We deliver services with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement concerned.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Andhra Pradesh, India have jurisdiction.
